There are 5 tools in the app - Networking, Fearlessness, Innovativeness, Proactiveness & Passion. Each tool has a multitude of engaging tasks under 3 categories - My Mindset, My Identity & My Career.
You have to browse the list of tasks & select the one you want to work on. Then complete it by submitting your comments & adding attachments to get scores that reflect your efforts as well as competency levels. Alternatively, you can complete tasks using the weekly action plan feature.

Each weekly action plan contains 4 different tasks - these are combined & mixed from all the categories of all the tools so that you can work your way to an internship or job opportunity. It has been designed such that you improve gradually & effectively over a period of approximately 40 weeks if you follow the schedules diligently. Each action plan unlocks only after you have completed the previous one.

The app efficiently showcases the improvement of your technical & behavioral competencies through Improvf while also compiling other significant accomplishments. It offers a comprehensive overview of all your skill sets & boosts your visibility for internship & job opportunities to potential employers who you might seek independently or to our collaborators.

Through Improvf, you will surely develop practical skills that will help you enhance your career prospects but it does not guarantee a job. However, based on your Improvfment, you shall be given certain internships & or job opportunities that will help you in your career.

You have a chance to refine your performance wherever applicable through the retake option (based on the evaluation by our experts) when the comments &/or attachment need to be better. Whichever score is higher will be retained as the final score.

The quality & accuracy of your task responses including attachments are assessed/analyzed by our expert evaluators. Once they have uploaded their scores along with the remarks & suggestions, you’ll be notified & you can check the same.

Yes, you can freely share most of your experiences with respect to the tasks on your social media accounts or any online platforms. However, we are not responsible for any outcome whatsoever regarding the same.

At least one attachment is mandatory for tasks under My Identity & My Career categories. If you don’t add attachments, you will not be able to submit your answer.

Internship & job opportunities shall be given based on several criteria, which can't be predetermined & it also depends on the type of user you are (Newbie, Master, Wizard - please check the Pricing page for further details).
